Smailes Attorneys is a boutique labour and employment law firm which provides a tailor made approach to all your labour and employment needs from in house employment and labour law advice through to CCMA, Bargaining Council and Labour Court litigation. We aim to provide our clients with simple solutions to their complex labour problems.
Smailes Attorneys is headed up by Kelsey Smailes, an attorney specialising in labour and employment law litigation. Kelsey has over 10 years experience as an attorney and has appeared in the Labour Court, Bargaining Councils and CCMA around South Africa.
